#100happydays

The other day I found this on my absolute favorite happy blog (A Beautiful Mess). It’s a project called 100 Happy Days and basically the idea is to photograph one thing you are happy about for 100 days. “It is not a happiness competition or a showing off contest.”

I love the idea of being deliberate about recording happiness so I started this yesterday! You can follow me on instagram (@saraikatherine) or on this blog. I am going to use the #100happydays hashtag and if any friends have an idea for a group hashtag it would be fun to come up with something unique to use as well.
